Deb is an
accomplished organizational communication and
development consultant sought out to infuse
energy and focus into the business culture.
Her 20 years of experience guides leadership
teams, and staff in defining needed change,
and assists them in the development and implementation
of programs that support everyone doing their
best work to enable business goals to be reached.
Deb's career started with Dale
Carnegie Training as a training consultant to
mid to large size organizations. She founded
Dynamic Training and Development in 1992 then
evolved the business with a partner into Human
Capital Solutions. She is sought out nationally
for her results orientation, high energy, and
her progressive methods for gaining eager participation
in these challenging and sensitive human capital
management programs. Deb focuses on delivering
services that directly link to clients' core
strategy through consulting, facilitation, and
training. The training solutions are customized
Dale Carnegie solutions either led by her or
by her select group of trainers.
Deb has a Bachelor of Science
degree in Communication from Boston University
and a Master of Science degree in Organization
& Management from Antioch New England Graduate
School. Deb is certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator;
Firo-B Leadership; Strong Interest career development
practitioner; and is an adjunct faculty member
of the University System of New Hampshire, Saint
Anselm College, and Antioch New England teaching
progressive business management degree courses.
She is active with American Society for Training
& Development and Society of Human Resources
Management, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce,
and Business Networking International. Her
experience represents a diverse clientele from
industries such as manufacturing, retail, recruiting,
healthcare, insurance, non-profit sector, high
tech, government, property management and education.

Lesley "Jazz" Barnette,
is a personal management consultant. She providesourclients
with a variety of services to suit their personal
and professional needs with a focus on organization
and personal management.
Jazz works with businesses who
have a large number of people working in close
quarters who need to be time efficient, space,
efficient, and need individually designed organizational
systems that suit each person. She works for
virtual business professionals and sole proprietors
in their office (often a home office) and businesses
who have downsized and are now outsourcing for
many of their needs.
Why
Personal Management? Jazz says, "My goal
is to help my clients to improve the quality
of their life by giving them more time to spend
with their family and friends, as well as being
more productive in their business. "I take
my work seriously but add a healthy dose of
humor to keep it light."
