Where Options:
- The coach comes to you.
- The coach "meets" with you via
conference calls. This is very typical of
traveling professionals. Our aim is to make
it convenient for you.
When Options:
- A mutually convenient time is arranged.
- 20-minute increments of coaching via conference
call
- In-person sessions are scheduled in 1-hour
increments.
- You are encouraged to schedule sessions
at a regularly posted time at agreed upon
intervals however, on the spot coaching assistance
is fine. We encourage you to call if you have
the need.

These areas are available for individuals.
Additionally, look at our
online tools and development packages. The competency
building modules can be modified in coaching
sessions as your needs demand. HCS also has
a very strong process for career
counseling and coaching.

about you and clarifying your vision.
Frequency and Duration
Options:
You meet with the coach
for as long as you can reap return on investment.
Some clients meet weekly for two to three months
or longer. Some meet every other week for 6
months. Some even meet quarterly. Together you
and your coach will determine the schedule that
will both suit your needs and propel you toward
your future desired state.
