obtaining a career snapshot is to either reinforce
an already good fit, or to lend direction for
career transition and enrichment. Only

This package is designed
for those individuals who are interested in
getting started in a career development initiative.
The tools used in this package can have generated
reports sent directly to the client via email
without the need of speaking with an HCS Professional
Development Coach. This package will help you
heighten your awareness of what you'll need
to do next.

If
you are unsure; you may go to the assessment
first to answer the questions. If you think
you want the results; then you can make your
payment.
Directions
Plan to
take the assessment when you are in a relaxed
state-of-mind. Try not to think too long about
the questions, go with the first answer that
comes to mind. Remember there are no right
or wrong answers. Select the responses that
are most natural and comfortable rather than
the answer that reflects the way you think
you should be or think others see you.
There
is no time limit for completing the assessment.
After
selecting your assessment, you will be asked
to provide information about yourself.
NOTE:
All
demographic information except first name,
last name and gender, are optional.
NOTE:
you will
be brought into the SkillsOne website. You
will be asked for:

an
Account Login name: aboutpeople
and
-
an
account password: OmniView
-
You
will then be brought to a page where you
will need to select from
a list of assessments. Scroll to the bottom
half of the list for the tools in the Career
Snapshot Package. Then you will be required
to complete basic information about
yourself and will be prompted to start the
assessment.
If
for any reason you cannot complete the tool
with in one session, you can save what you
have done and you
will be given a User ID.
Please record this number as you will need
it to resume completion.
When
you complete the assessment, you will be brought
back to Human Capital Solutions.

Titus will be notified when you have completed
the tool and will then generate your individualized
report.

report can only be generated once payment
has been received. If you know that you have
yet to submit payment, you may still click
the "Take It Now"button(s)
and complete the instrument(s). Our office
will wait to receive your individual registration
form with payment before we generate the report.
