Leadership and Team Coaching sessions are sponsored by your organization for specific individuals and teams; for specific reasons.

Executive Leadership Coaching may entail much of what is covered in our Leadership Series. It may even encompass parts of our Professional Development Packages but it is delivered through situational needs and real-time issues augmenting the leaders' awareness and attending to best practices when it really counts.

The same goes for Leadership Team Coaching. Together with the team, we determine what needs to be addressed. The team may find that components of the Teamwork Series brought into their coaching sessions. The difference is, the coaching takes place during real-time team meetings and activities.

Where Options:

• The coach comes to you.
• The coach "meets" with you via conference calls. This is very typical of traveling professionals and virtual teams. Our aim is to make it convenient for you.

When Options:

• A mutually convenient time is arranged.
• 20-minute increments of coaching for individuals via conference call
• 30-minute increments of coaching for teams via conference calls
• In-person sessions are scheduled in 1-hour increments.
• You are encouraged to schedule sessions at a regularly posted time at agreed upon intervals however, on the spot coaching assistance is fine. We encourage you to call if you have the need.

What Options:

Visit our Leadership and Teamwork Series in our training section yet content that might be shared in during coaching sessions may dictate covering information beyond what is available through these series. Keep in mind that coaching includes the sharing of content on an as needed basis.

Frequency and Duration Options:

You meet with the coach for as long as you can reap return on investment. Some clients meet weekly for two to three months or longer. Some meet every other week for 6 months. Some even meet quarterly. Together you and your coach will determine the schedule that will both suit your needs and propel you toward your future desired state.
