- Align & Identify:
Prior to delivery of our solutions,
we offer a service that clarifies your current reality
and vision for future desired state, placing everyone
on the same page. This is required for any organizational
development initiative to be effective. Additionally,
perceptions of what is needed may vary within your
organization and gaining knowledge of the who, what,
and why of your business heightens our ability to
effectively deliver the services necessary to generate
the results you are looking to attain. This can
have an organization-wide scope, departmental scope,
team scope and even individually focused scope.
Deliverable: Summary
Report of trends, insights, and indicators for development
as they relate to current and future needs.
- Define Strategies:
Based on findings in Step 1, HCS
will guide your leadership team through a strategy
development process that will include the identification
of appropriate solutions, design of programs, etc.
Within this strategy, clients typically build-in
flexibility mechanisms to afford them the ability
to respond to changing demands.
Deliverable: Plan
of Action with all resources defined along with
time-phased expectations of project.
- Implement Solutions:
HCS delivers solution(s) through
consulting, facilitation, training, coaching, use
of online tools, etc.
Deliverable: Project
Delivery, monitoring, and management.
- Measure Outcomes:
Having set up a measuring
system prior to the project, we know exactly what
to be looking for in the way of outcomes. Based
on the program delivered to your organization, some
outcomes may be measured sooner than others. Note,
that everything HCS does must be linked to a strategic
outcome- if it isn't, it isn't worth pursuing.
Deliverable: Summary
Report of measured results and recommendations for
continuous development, modification, etc.
